What are the requirements to watch smoothly?
Not much actually. In order to watch without any interruptions you need: Any smart device with a commonly used operating system (Windows/Linux/Mac/Android/iOS) A connection of at least 8Mbps to watch smoothly. An IPTV/live media player.
How many connections can be used at once?
With any ipsmarters pro subscription, you are given access to free 1 simultaneou connection.
What if I want to request something new on the service?
You can submit your requests through our support centre and our team will do their best to fulfill them shortly.
Do you have a customer support?

What's your refund policy?
We want to make sure that our customers are the most satisfied with us. If you're facing any issues or if you have any questions concerning your subscription(s) with us, please don't hesitate to contact us, we will always do our best to solve your issues. If you still want a refund, please open a support ticket at our support centre. We will not refund you if it has been more than 14 days since your purchase.
